{"id":132,"date":"2025-05-26T06:00:49","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T06:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/?p=132"},"modified":"2025-07-17T07:51:48","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T07:51:48","slug":"hiz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/index.php\/2025\/05\/26\/hiz\/","title":{"rendered":"H\u0131z"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Y\u00fcksek h\u0131zda ara\u00e7 kullanma davran\u0131\u015f\u0131, kaza say\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinde do\u011frudan do\u011fruya etkide bulunan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir trafik ihlalidir. 2008\u2019de D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f olan H\u0131z Y\u00f6netimi ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 raporda, h\u0131z yapma davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7in, yasal h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 h\u0131zda ya da yasal h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fmayan ancak i\u00e7inde bulunulan ko\u015fullar i\u00e7in uygun olmayan y\u00fcksek h\u0131zda ara\u00e7 kullanmak tan\u0131m\u0131 benimsenmi\u015ftir. Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle, bir arac\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na karar verirken, hem yasal h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 hem de arac\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu ortam\u0131n g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>H\u0131z\u0131n kaza ve kaza sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkisi nedir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu etki iki \u015fekilde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u0130lki, kaza ihtimalinin artmas\u0131, ikincisi ise kazan\u0131n sebebi h\u0131z olmasa bile, y\u00fcksek h\u0131zda meydana gelen kaza sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rla\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r.<br><br>H\u0131z ve kaza ihtimali: H\u0131z artt\u0131k\u00e7a arac\u0131n kontrol edilmesi de o oranda g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015fir. Bu baz\u0131 hallerde \u00e7evresel ko\u015fullarla birle\u015ferek kazaya yol a\u00e7abilir. \u00d6zellikle h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na uyulmas\u0131n\u0131n zorunlu oldu\u011fu d\u00f6neme\u00e7ler, e\u011fimli yol kesimleri s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda y\u00fcksek h\u0131z do\u011frudan do\u011fruya kaza nedeni olabilmektedir.<br>Ayr\u0131ca, y\u00fcksek h\u0131zda seyreden bir ara\u00e7, durmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren bir engelle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir yandan daha fazla mesafeye ihtiya\u00e7 duymakta, bir yandan da s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn durmak i\u00e7in gerekli tepkiyi verme s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde arac\u0131n katedece\u011fi mesafe artt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan mevcut mesafenin bir k\u0131sm\u0131 yine h\u0131z nedeniyle yutulmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle yol \u00fczerinde bir engelle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan ara\u00e7, ne kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 ise do\u011fru noktada durmas\u0131 o kadar zorla\u015fmakta, bu da kaza ihtimalini kuvvetlendirmektedir. Frene bas\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken hallerde, arac\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131na g\u00f6re durma mesafesindeki de\u011fi\u015fim a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Saatte 80 km h\u0131zla seyreden bir ara\u00e7ta bulunan bir ki\u015finin \u00f6lme ihtimali, saatte 30 km h\u0131zla giden bir ara\u00e7ta bulunan bir ki\u015fiye g\u00f6re 20 kat daha fazlad\u0131r. Yayalar ve bisikletliler gibi, daha savunmas\u0131z yol kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda kaza sonucu \u00e7ok daha a\u011f\u0131r olabilmekte; yayalar\u0131n kendilerine 30 km\/saat ya da daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck h\u0131zda giden bir ara\u00e7 \u00e7arpt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman hayatta kalma ihtimali %90 iken, arac\u0131n saatte 45 km h\u0131zda olmas\u0131 halinde hayatta kalma ihtimali %50\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.
