Hafta s\u00fcresince kazalar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bilgi ve bilin\u00e7 etkinlikleri yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu y\u0131l da \u00e7e\u015fitli kamu ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fik etkinliklerde bir araya geldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak hafta i\u00e7inde meydana gelen otob\u00fcs ve di\u011fer kazalar\u0131n bilan\u00e7osu \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc nitelikteydi. \u00d6nce \u00c7anakkale\u2019de kamyon otob\u00fcs \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, ard\u0131ndan metrob\u00fcste ya\u015fanan ve \u00f6l\u00fcmlerle sonu\u00e7lanan kazalar dikkat \u00e7ekiciydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anla\u015f\u0131lan o ki sembolik boyutlarda yap\u0131lan etkinlikler topluma ders olmaya katk\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131yor. \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 haftal\u0131k veya onar g\u00fcnl\u00fck bilgilendirmelerle \u015fu kadar arac\u0131n denetlendi\u011fini, bir k\u0131sm\u0131na ceza yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, trafikten men edildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klasa da bu \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin engellenmesine yetmiyor. O zaman sorunun kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tespitinde yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131k var. Yeni bir analize ihtiya\u00e7 var. Kamu art\u0131k tek tarafl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aramaktan ayr\u0131l\u0131p sivil topluma kulak vermelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otob\u00fcs kazalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesine y\u00f6nelik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6nerileri i\u00e7eren 2024 \u015eubat tarihli raporumuzla ilgili hen\u00fcz hi\u00e7bir ad\u0131m at\u0131lamad\u0131. B\u00f6yle olunca da sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyor ve kazalar s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu yakla\u015f\u0131mla otob\u00fcslerde 0 can kayb\u0131 hedefine yak\u0131n gelecekte ula\u015fmak zor g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"481\" height=\"521\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-186\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-3.png 481w, http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-3-277x300.png 277w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 481px) 100vw, 481px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Otob\u00fcslerin kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 trafik \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00f6nlenemiyor!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>May\u0131s ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren \u015fehirleraras\u0131 otob\u00fcslerin kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 3 \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmada 8 ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybederken, 84 ki\u015fi yaraland\u0131. Ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn olan metrob\u00fcs kazas\u0131nda da 1 yolcu kayb\u0131 ve 60 yaral\u0131 var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor ki bu vahim sonu\u00e7lar, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki kurban bayram\u0131 ve sonras\u0131nda yaz tatilinin de gelmesiyle daha fazla hareketlenecektir. Yetkililer her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6nlemin al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, radar, EDS ve yol denetim ekipleri ile m\u00fccadele etseler de arzulanan kazalar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefine uzak oldu\u011fumuzu g\u00f6rmek istemiyor.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kadar uyar\u0131, bu kadar \u00f6nlem, bu kadar denetleme, bu kadar cezaya ra\u011fmen kazalar ni\u00e7in art\u0131yor? Demek ki ba\u015fka bir sorun var. Hen\u00fcz y\u0131l\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131na gelinen bu g\u00fcnlerde do\u011fru analizlere ihtiya\u00e7 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Ne yaz\u0131k ki ge\u00e7en 3 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u00fcz\u00fclerek hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. 2024 T\u00dc\u0130K kaza istatistikleri de bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc do\u011frulamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kazalar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc kural ihlali sonucu ikili, \u00e7oklu ara\u00e7 \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u015feklinde olmaktad\u0131r. En \u00f6nemli kural ihlali de h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen cihazlarda de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gidilmesi, takometre sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fru analiz edilememesi gibi alanlarda g\u00f6zlenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konunun \u00f6zeti 120 km\/h h\u0131zla ilerleyen bir binek arac\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde giden otob\u00fcse yeti\u015fememesi olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir. Oysa otob\u00fcslerin \u015fehirleraras\u0131 yollarda 100 km\/h h\u0131zla sabitlenmi\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TTK\u00d6D olarak 2022 ba\u015flar\u0131nda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u201c<strong>Otob\u00fcs Kazalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00d6nlenmesine Y\u00f6nelik G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ve \u00d6neriler Raporu<\/strong>\u201d bug\u00fcnde ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini korumaktad\u0131r. 2025 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019sinde tam da Karayolu Trafik G\u00fcvenli\u011fi haftas\u0131nda art\u0131k otob\u00fcs kazalar\u0131nda 0 kay\u0131p hedefi i\u00e7in daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9 May\u0131s 2025 Trafik Sempozyumu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Karayolu G\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve Trafik Haftas\u0131 2-9 May\u0131s tarihleri aras\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli etkinliklerle kutland\u0131. TTK\u00d6D olarak Ufuk \u00dcniversitesi, T\u00fcrkiye Trafik Kazalar\u0131 Yard\u0131m Vakf\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Ankara\u2019da d\u00fczenlenen Trafik Sempozyumu\u2019na kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011fland\u0131. Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Alpay L\u00f6k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunumla ara\u00e7larda fren ve lastik \u00f6neminin trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fine etkisi \u00fczerinde durdu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sempozyumun a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmalar\u0131 Vak\u0131f Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Recai Pabu\u00e7cu, Rekt\u00f6r Ahmet Hakan Halilo\u011flu taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131. Kamu kesimi temsilcileri ise EGM trafik Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Polis Akademisi Trafik Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc, Ufuk \u00dcniversitesi, Karatekin \u00dcniversitesi, gazi \u00dcniversitesi, karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;Yolculuklar\u0131m\u0131z de\u011fil, kazalar son bulsun!&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trafikte Haklar\u0131m Derne\u011fi, Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011finde trafik konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratma amac\u0131yla \u201cSon Yolculuk Kampanyas\u0131\u201d ba\u015flatt\u0131. 55 y\u0131l \u00f6nce bir trafik kazas\u0131nda arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden Beyaz Kelebekler mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n hayatta kalanlar\u0131 klipte arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 and\u0131lar. Bu tabloya g\u00f6re \u00f6l\u00fcm say\u0131lar\u0131 % 3 azal\u0131rken, yaral\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k % 10 artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024 y\u0131l\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 266.855 trafik kazas\u0131nda 385.117 ki\u015fi yaralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kazaya kar\u0131\u015fan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n % 42\u2019si otomobil, % 32\u2019si motosiklet, % 2\u2019si otob\u00fcs olmu\u015ftur. Daha \u00f6nce EGM Trafik Hizmetleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nca yay\u0131nlanan 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 istatistiklerinde, kazadan 30 g\u00fcn sonraki \u00f6l\u00fcmleri kapsamayan say\u0131 2.713 ve yaral\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 da 388.644 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. \u00d6l\u00fcm say\u0131lar\u0131ndaki fark EGM say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,3 kat\u0131 kadard\u0131r. Bu da hastanede ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen \u00f6l\u00fcm say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n da y\u00fcksekli\u011fine i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bas\u0131na yans\u0131yanlar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gi\u015felerde \u00f6l\u00fcm oyunu, b\u00f6yle adrenalin olmaz!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gen\u00e7ler aras\u0131nda h\u0131z tutkusu yeni bir tehlikeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc: \u201cHGS ak\u0131m\u0131\u201dyla frene basmadan gi\u015felerden ge\u00e7en gen\u00e7ler, hem kendi canlar\u0131n\u0131 hem de trafikteki di\u011fer s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri riske at\u0131yor. Sosyal medyada \u201ctrafik r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcn\u00fc\u201d ispatlamak i\u00e7in payla\u015f\u0131lan bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler, uzmanlara g\u00f6re yetersiz cezalar nedeniyle h\u0131zla yay\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sosyal medyada \u015fimdi de HGS ak\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fcndem oldu. Bu ak\u0131mda, ki\u015filer gi\u015felerden en h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde ge\u00e7meye \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak adeta \u00f6l\u00fcme meydan okuyor ve bunu da sosyal medya hesaplar\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131yor. Trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fini hi\u00e7e sayan bu trend, di\u011fer s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinde hayat\u0131n\u0131 tehlikeye atabiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"715\" height=\"419\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-192\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-9.png 715w, http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-9-300x176.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 715px) 100vw, 715px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/haberglobal.com.tr\/haberleri\/istanbul\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>\u0130stanbul<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;\u00c7ekmek\u00f6y\u2019de gi\u015felerden 110 kilometre h\u0131zla ge\u00e7erek sosyal medyada payla\u015fan M.\u00d6. isimli s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn ehliyetine 4 ay s\u00fcreyle el konuldu ve sayg\u0131s\u0131z ara\u00e7 kullanmak, trafik kurallar\u0131na uymamak, trafik ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 engellemek ve takip mesafesine uymamak maddelerinden toplam 6 bin 320 lira idari para cezas\u0131 kesildi. Trafik uzmanlar\u0131 ise cezalar\u0131n\u0131n cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u0130KKAT \u00c7EKMEK \u0130\u00c7\u0130N&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gen\u00e7ler aras\u0131nda giderek pop\u00fclerle\u015fen bu ak\u0131ma dair de\u011ferlendirme yapan&nbsp;Bili\u015fim Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Ali Murat K\u0131r\u0131k, &#8220;Bu durum, sadece trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fini de\u011fil, toplumun ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da tehdit eden bir mesele. Bu t\u00fcr ak\u0131mlar\u0131n arkas\u0131nda yatan psikolojik nedenlere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>dikkat \u00e7ekme, be\u011feni alma ve sosyal medyada g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olma arzusu<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00d6zellikle ergenlik d\u00f6nemindeki bireyler, hen\u00fcz risk alg\u0131lar\u0131 tam geli\u015fmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in bu t\u00fcr davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 cesaret ya da pop\u00fclerlik yolu olarak g\u00f6rebiliyorlar.
