Ay\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015f oluyoruz. Bug\u00fcne kadar yer alan haber, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelere ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f olmad\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu platformu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ve yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak gerekiyor. Bu y\u00f6nde \u00e7abalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 bu b\u00fcltenle geride kald\u0131. \u0130ki ayl\u0131k yaz d\u00f6nemini d\u0131\u015far\u0131da tutarsak ikinci hizmet d\u00f6nemimin tamamlanmas\u0131na az kalm\u0131\u015f oluyor. \u0130lerleyen takvime g\u00f6re kazalar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesine y\u00f6nelik uyar\u0131lar devam edecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcne kadar ilgili bakanl\u0131klara g\u00f6nderdi\u011fimiz baz\u0131 konular\u0131n yeni yasa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda yetkililerce de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi izlenimine sahibiz. Kanun metninde \u00f6zellikle ara\u00e7 muayeneleriyle ilgili k\u0131s\u0131mlarda bu&nbsp; y\u00f6nde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemize neden oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TTK\u00d6D olarak yeni at\u0131l\u0131mlar i\u00e7indeyiz. Derne\u011fin \u00fcye ba\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan ekonomik olarak gelece\u011finin garanti al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla iktisadi i\u015fletme kurulu\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na bu ay ba\u015flad\u0131k. K\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra ekonomik ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacak giri\u015fimlerde TTK\u00d6D yer alacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne yaz\u0131k ki bu bayramda da ge\u00e7en bayramda oldu\u011fu gibi \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmalar azalmad\u0131. G\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama 10 insan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yitiriyoruz. Bu e\u011filim bu y\u0131l da trafikte kaybetti\u011fimiz insan potansiyelimizin hastane ilaveleriyle 5 binin alt\u0131nda olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sayg\u0131 toplant\u0131lar\u0131na Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131ndan itibaren devam edece\u011fiz. Bununla ilgili de\u011fer verdi\u011fimiz baz\u0131 dostlar\u0131m\u0131zdan te\u015fvik edici \u00f6vg\u00fcler ald\u0131k. Bundan \u00e7ok mutluyuz. Y\u00f6netim Kurulu arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z yetkinli\u011fin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra iyi niyet ve \u00f6zverileriyle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yorlar. Kendilerine buradan da sizlerin huzurunda TTK\u00d6D ad\u0131na te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederim. Nadir Yayla k\u0131saca kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan s\u00f6z etti ve karayolu trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem duydu\u011fu noktalar\u0131n \u00fczerinde durdu. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n sorular\u0131n\u0131 yan\u0131tlamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan TTK\u00d6D ad\u0131na Yayla\u2019ya g\u00fcn\u00fcn an\u0131s\u0131 ad\u0131na bir plaket sunuldu. Bu \u015fof\u00f6rlere \u0130ETT \u0130kitlli garaj\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen ileri ve g\u00fcvenli s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f e\u011fitimi TTK\u00d6D taraf\u0131ndan verildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6ncesi iki ders saatinde kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara teorik&nbsp; bilgilendirme yap\u0131larak interaktif bir sunum e\u011fitmen \u00c7etin Akta\u015f taraf\u0131ndan aktar\u0131ld\u0131. Orhon bu t\u00fcr beraberlikleri bilgi art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, bilin\u00e7 geli\u015ftirici faaliyetler olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kurban bayram\u0131 bilan\u00e7osu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Her tatil g\u00fcn\u00fc oldu\u011fu gibi \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kurban Bayram\u0131 arefe g\u00fcn\u00fcnden ba\u015flamak \u00fczere kaz istatistiklerini kamuoyu ile payla\u015ft\u0131. Buradan elde edilen sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re 5 g\u00fcnl\u00fck tatil s\u00fcresince karayollar\u0131nda <strong>3.913<\/strong> \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma meydana gelmi\u015f, <strong>6.370 ki\u015fi<\/strong> yaralan\u0131rken <strong>44<\/strong> insan\u0131m\u0131z hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015ftir. Bu de\u011ferler bayramda ortalama g\u00fcnl\u00fck <strong>783<\/strong> \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmay\u0131, <strong>1.274<\/strong> yaralanmay\u0131 ve <strong>9<\/strong> can kayb\u0131n\u0131 i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramazan Bayram\u0131 verileri dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, <strong>4.490<\/strong> \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma, <strong>7.418<\/strong> yaralanma ve 62 can kayb\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. G\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama <strong>641 <\/strong>\u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma, <strong>1.059<\/strong> yaralanma ve <strong>9 <\/strong>can kayb\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama de\u011ferlerde bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gib \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma ve yaral\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f e\u011filimi s\u00fcrmektedir. G\u00fcnl\u00fck 17.645 trafik ekibi, 33.943 personel, 1.485 mobil radar uygulamas\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalamn\u0131n sabitlenmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O nedenle \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde kazalar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi amac\u0131yla yeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunlulu\u011fu durmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bas\u0131na yans\u0131yanlar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bayram\u0131n\u0131z zehir olmas\u0131n, yol hipnozuna dikkat! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konu ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan T\u00fcrkiye Trafik Kazalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00d6nleme Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Salih Onur Orhon, &#8220;Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz Ramazan Bayram\u0131 tatilinde toplam 4 bin 490 \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma meydana gelmi\u015f, 62 yurtta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybederken 7 bin 418 ki\u015fi yaralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00dc\u0130K taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 kaza istatistikleri de toplam 266 bin 855 \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmada 6 bin 352 ki\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc, 385 bin 117 ki\u015finin yaralanmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u015faret etmektedir. Takograf oyunlar\u0131 bitmiyor!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de otob\u00fcs kazalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmler, g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e art\u0131yor. \u00d6yle ki, otob\u00fcs kazalar\u0131ndaki trafik \u00f6l\u00fcmleri, Almanya\u2019n\u0131n 18,5 kat\u0131na ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. 85 milyon n\u00fcfuslu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de otob\u00fcs kazalar\u0131nda meydana gelen \u00f6l\u00fcmler, 550 milyonluk Avrupa Birli\u011fi&#8217;nin toplam\u0131ndan bile 2-3 kat fazla. \u015eehirleraras\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131ktaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorun ve hile ise takograf oyunlar\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/haberglobal.com.tr\/haberleri\/turkiye\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong><\/a>\u2019de otob\u00fcs kazalar\u0131 endi\u015fe veriyor. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda sadece \u015fehirleraras\u0131 otob\u00fcslerin kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm ve yaralanmayla sonu\u00e7lanan kaza say\u0131s\u0131 364\u2019e ula\u015f\u0131rken, 2024\u2019\u00fcn yaln\u0131zca ilk yedi ay\u0131nda bu say\u0131 180\u2019i buldu. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 May\u0131s sonu itibar\u0131yla, trafikte \u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc veya yaralanmal\u0131 kazalara kar\u0131\u015fan otob\u00fcs say\u0131s\u0131 ise 173 olarak raporland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz May\u0131s ay\u0131ndan bu yana&nbsp; \u015fehirleraras\u0131 otob\u00fcslerin kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmada ise 8 ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybederken, 84 ki\u015fi de yaraland\u0131.&nbsp;\u015eehirleraras\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131ktaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorun ve hile ise takograf oyunlar\u0131. Baz\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin daha h\u0131zl\u0131 gitmek u\u011fruna ayarlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirdikleri takograf cihaz\u0131, ara\u00e7lar\u0131n kat etti\u011fi mesafeyi, h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131, sistemde meydana gelen ar\u0131zalar\u0131, uygunsuzluklar\u0131 ve s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcrelerini otomatik olarak kaydediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oysa, bu cihazlar\u0131n tamir ve ayarlar\u0131, Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yetkilendirilen servislerde yap\u0131lmak zorunda. Ancak halihaz\u0131rda takograf muayenelerinin y\u00fczde 70\u2019inin eksik, hatal\u0131 veya usule uygun ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmedi\u011fi belirtiliyor. Usta, &#8220;Trafik Kanunu&#8217;na g\u00f6re, otob\u00fcs s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri 24 saatlik s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde toplamda 9 saatten, kesintisiz olarak da 4.5 saatten fazla ara\u00e7 s\u00fcremez. 4.5 saatlik kesintisiz s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015ften sonra s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn, en az 45 dakika dinlenme molas\u0131 vermesi zorunlu.\u00a0<strong>2025 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla halen baz\u0131 \u015fof\u00f6rlerin dinlenmek i\u00e7in \u00e7ekildi\u011fi alanlar, bagajlar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu, havas\u0131z ve g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcl\u00fc b\u00f6lmeler.
