Ancak Sonbahar aylar\u0131nda okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla beraber yo\u011fun bir ula\u015f\u0131m ve trafik g\u00fcndemli d\u00f6nem bizleri beklemektedir. Bir taraftan artan kaza say\u0131lar\u0131, di\u011fer taraftan TBMM\u2019de ele al\u0131nacak trafik kanunundaki d\u00fczenleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, radar cezalar\u0131 ile ilgili komisyonun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, yeni bir i\u015fletmeci ile devreye girecek ara\u00e7 muayene sistemi \u00fczerinde durulacak temel konulard\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca iklim de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinin s\u0131k\u00e7a ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkemizde de k\u0131\u015f lasti\u011fi konusunun g\u00fcndem d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motosiklet \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin artmas\u0131, koruyucu olarak alg\u0131lanan, ancak standard\u0131 bulunmayan kasklar\u0131n durumu \u00f6nceliklerimiz aras\u0131nda olacakt\u0131r. Bu ama\u00e7la \u00f6nemli giri\u015fimlerde bulunuyoruz. Bu ama\u00e7la Shell T\u00fcrkiye ile bir aray\u0131\u015ftay\u0131z. Umar\u0131z olumlu sonu\u00e7lan\u0131r. Bu ger\u00e7ek \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u015fu sorular yan\u0131t bulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bu otob\u00fcste AEBS var m\u0131yd\u0131? &nbsp;&nbsp;AEBS iptal edilmi\u015f miydi?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bu iki sorunun yan\u0131t\u0131 evet ve hay\u0131r olsayd\u0131 AEBS bu \u00e7arpmay\u0131 \u00f6nlerdi.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"773\" height=\"435\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-231\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1.png 773w, http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1-300x169.png 300w, http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1-768x432.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 773px) 100vw, 773px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Bu iki sorunun yan\u0131t\u0131 evet ve hay\u0131r olsayd\u0131 AEBS bu \u00e7arpmay\u0131 \u00f6nlerdi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler ve ara\u00e7 sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan ESP-AEBS-LDW manuel olarak tamamen iptal ediliyor.\u00a0 Periyodik ara\u00e7 muayenesinde T\u00dcVT\u00dcRK taraf\u0131ndan bu kusur olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fcyor. \u0130lgili bakanl\u0131k da bu duruma m\u00fcdahale etmiyor.\u00a0Otob\u00fcslerde AEBS iki nedenden iptal ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1) Makaslama yaparak otob\u00fcs\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcne giren ara\u00e7lardan dolay\u0131 otob\u00fcs ani fren yap\u0131yor,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2) Bu s\u0131rada emniyet kemeri takmayan yolcular cama yap\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unutulmamas\u0131 dile\u011fiyle TEM otoyolu Kocaeli ge\u00e7i\u015finde meydana gelen olayda bu otob\u00fcs arkadan kamyona \u00e7arpm\u0131\u015f ve 5 yolcunun yaralanmas\u0131na ve hostes Ay\u015fe Y\u0131lmaz\u2019\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>TTK\u00d6D Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Alpay L\u00f6k, \u201cESP, AEBS ve LDW sistemleri, uzun yol ve gece yolculuklar\u0131nda <strong>HAYAT KURTARIR<\/strong>\u201d mesaj\u0131n\u0131 vermektedir.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Motosiklet sorununun bilinmeyeni: KASK<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Motosiklet say\u0131s\u0131 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>% 23,3<\/strong> artarken, motosiklet \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00fcm say\u0131s\u0131 <strong>1.584<\/strong> oldu. Bu toplam motosiklet \u00f6l\u00fcm say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n % 21,2 art\u0131\u015f\u0131 anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor. Trafik \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda her iki kazadan birisinde motosiklet, her \u00fc\u00e7 kazadan ikisinde de motosiklet s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc kusurlu g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Motosiklet donan\u0131m\u0131nda yer alan <strong>KASK<\/strong> \u00f6nemli bir koruyucu \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trafik denetimlerinde genel evrak kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra kask olup, olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na da bak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak kullan\u0131lan kask\u0131n uluslar aras\u0131 standartta <strong>sertifikal\u0131<\/strong>, onayl\u0131 olup, olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r. Adl\u0131 \u015firketlerin bir araya gelmesiyle olu\u015fuyor.<strong> <\/strong>MOI Ortak Giri\u015fim Grubu&#8217;nun y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini yerine getirmemesi durumunda ara\u00e7 muayene istasyon haklar\u0131n\u0131n ikinci en y\u00fcksek teklifi veren AGTT Ortak Giri\u015fim Grubu&#8217;na ge\u00e7ece\u011fi belirtildi. MOI grubunun ara\u00e7 muayenelerini TURKA ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yapmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kav\u015faklarda sar\u0131 alan ihlali<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir ya\u015fam\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere art\u0131k yo\u011funla\u015fan kent trafiklerinde kav\u015faklar, ana arterlerin kesi\u015fme noktalar\u0131 ciddi sorun kayna\u011f\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Klakson, korna sesleri, zaman zaman da tart\u0131\u015fmalar g\u00f6zlenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Birka\u00e7 ara\u00e7 ge\u00e7iyor, sonra yine ayn\u0131 g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc ve zaman kayb\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Hele bir de arada bir otob\u00fcs, kamyon gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck ara\u00e7 varsa kilit uzun s\u00fcre a\u00e7\u0131lam\u0131yor. A\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131ta s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinden dile\u011fimiz ilerideki kav\u015fak t\u0131kal\u0131ysa, kesinlikle size ye\u015fil yansa da kav\u015fa\u011fa, sar\u0131 nokta olarak tan\u0131mlanan alana girmemeleridir. Muhtemelen otob\u00fcs\/kamyon girdikten hemen sonra k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 yanacak ve sorun do\u011facakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kav\u015fak Tarama (Sar\u0131 Kutu) Uygulamas\u0131 Kav\u015fak taramalar\u0131, trafik \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131 izin verse bile trafik ak\u0131m\u0131, kendisini kav\u015fak i\u00e7inde durmaya zorlayacak veya di\u011fer do\u011frultudaki trafi\u011fin ge\u00e7i\u015fine engel olacak ise, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin kav\u015fa\u011fa girmelerinin yasak oldu\u011funu belirtmek amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131labilir. S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler, ilerisindeki trafi\u011fin herhangi bir sebeple durmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7emeyecekler ise sa\u011f\u0131ndaki ve solundaki kav\u015fak kollar\u0131ndan gelen ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n ge\u00e7i\u015fine engel olmamak i\u00e7in taral\u0131 alana girmemelidirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sar\u0131 taral\u0131 alan uyar\u0131 levhas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"710\" height=\"336\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-238\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-8.png 710w, http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-8-300x142.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 710px) 100vw, 710px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kav\u015faklarda taral\u0131 alan uygulamas\u0131, yaln\u0131zca trafik \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131 ile kontrol edilen ve ortas\u0131nda d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f adas\u0131 bulunmayan \u00fc\u00e7 veya d\u00f6rt kollu kav\u015faklarda yap\u0131labilir. Bu t\u00fcr sinyalize kav\u015faklarda standart levha ile taral\u0131 alan uyar\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EGM 2025 alt\u0131 ayl\u0131k sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Her ay sonu d\u00fczenli bir \u015fekilde yay\u0131nlanan EGM Trafik Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma istatistikleri kaza sonras\u0131 30 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcreler hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Bu sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re Haziran ay\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde toplam <strong>56.311<\/strong> trafik \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 meydana geldi. Makina m\u00fchendisleri, \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131rlay\u0131c\u0131 sistem iptallerine a\u011f\u0131r ceza getirilmesini istedi.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019nin<\/strong>&nbsp;en yo\u011fun hatlar\u0131ndan biri olan Kocaeli Dilovas\u0131\u2019nda \u00f6nceki g\u00fcn 5 ki\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne neden olan&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hurriyet.com.tr\/haberleri\/tir-kazasi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TIR kazas\u0131<\/a>, uzmanlar\u0131 isyan ettirdi. Makina m\u00fchendisleri, TIR\u2019lar\u0131n sol \u015feritte ve 90 kilometre \u00fczeri y\u00fcksek h\u0131zla seyretti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek uyar\u0131larda bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hurriyet.com.tr\/yoldurumu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Trafik<\/a>&nbsp;Kazalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00d6nleme Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve makina y\u00fcksek m\u00fchendisi Alpay L\u00f6k, AB \u00fclkelerinde bir trafik kazas\u0131nda bu kadar y\u00fcksek \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki eksiklikleri ve acilen al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nlemleri \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Alpay L\u00f6k<\/strong> \u201cA\u011f\u0131r ta\u015f\u0131tlarla binek ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda, binek ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00e7ok hasar g\u00f6rmesi ve can kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni, a\u011f\u0131r ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n sahip olduklar\u0131 kinetik enerjinin tahrip g\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu nedenle a\u011f\u0131r ta\u015f\u0131tlar en sa\u011f \u015feritten gitmek ve h\u0131z limitlerine uymak zorundad\u0131r. 90 km\/h h\u0131z\u0131 a\u015fmamas\u0131 zorunlu olan 40 tonluk bir TIR, 127km\/h h\u0131zla giderse 80 tonluk bir TIR\u2019\u0131n kinetik enerjisine sahip olur. Yani iki TIR \u00e7arpm\u0131\u015f gibi hasar olur.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00d6ld\u00fcren a\u011f\u0131r kusur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Oysa TIR\u2019lar, kamyonlar merdiven alt\u0131 yerlerde h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131rlay\u0131c\u0131 sistemlerini iptal ettiriyor ve bu ara\u00e7 muayenesinde \u2018hafif kusur\u2019 say\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu durumun acilen d\u00fczeltilerek AB\u2019de oldu\u011fu gibi \u2018a\u011f\u0131r kusur\u2019 say\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Trafikte 2030 hedefi gere\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2024\u2019te 6 bin 324 ki\u015fi olan trafik \u00f6l\u00fcmlerini 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 2 bin 433\u2019e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmesi gerekiyor. A\u011f\u0131r ta\u015f\u0131tlardaki h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131rlay\u0131c\u0131lar devreye al\u0131nmadan bu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Oysa Dilovas\u0131 kazas\u0131nda TIR\u2019\u0131n sol \u015feritte oldu\u011fu ifade ediliyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu denetimlerin d\u00fczenli olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve cezalar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kantarda y\u00fck (AYA) denetiminde y\u00fczde 5 a\u015f\u0131mda b\u00fcy\u00fck ceza var ama h\u0131z a\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda ayn\u0131 denetim ve ceza yok. Derhal d\u00fczeltilmesi gerekiyor. TIR \u00e7ekicisi ve dorselerinin ne fren sistemleri ne de lastikleri bu h\u0131zlara uygun de\u011fil. Yollarda bu kadar \u00e7ok lastik par\u00e7as\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni de bu.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 ki\u015finin \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kazada TIR s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc \u015eahin Karaka\u015f tutukland\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00d6l\u00fcm rampas\u0131nda h\u0131z kabusu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>MAK\u0130NA M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 Gebze Temsilcili\u011fi,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hurriyet.com.tr\/haberleri\/kocaeli\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kocaeli<\/a>&nbsp;Dilovas\u0131 D-100 Karayolunda meydana gelen kazayla ilgili yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu noktalara dikkat \u00e7ekti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hurriyet.com.tr\/haberleri\/dilovasi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dilovas\u0131<\/a>&nbsp;rampas\u0131nda ya\u015fanan bu kaza ne yaz\u0131k ki ilk de\u011fil. Burada tatile, evine, hastaneye, okula giden yurtta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z a\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131ta ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla ayn\u0131 yolu kullan\u0131yor. Limanlara ve sanayiye yak\u0131n bu b\u00f6lgede a\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131talar y\u00fcksek h\u0131zla, sol \u015feritte, a\u011f\u0131r y\u00fckle seyrediyor. \u00d6zellikle Dilovas\u0131 rampas\u0131nda yolun dik ve keskin virajl\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bu ara\u00e7lar sol \u015feridi kullan\u0131yor. H\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 burada saatte 50 km olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen TIR\u2019lar\u0131n bu rampay\u0131 y\u00fcksek h\u0131zla inip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. A\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131ta ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u015ferit ve h\u0131z denetimleri art\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, \u015fehir trafi\u011fine girmeleri \u00f6nlenmeli, liman ve sanayi yollar\u0131 ayr\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
