{"id":335,"date":"2026-02-02T22:19:22","date_gmt":"2026-02-02T22:19:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/?p=335"},"modified":"2026-02-02T22:19:23","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T22:19:23","slug":"ozulas-egitim-seferberliginde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.trtrafik.org\/index.php\/2026\/02\/02\/ozulas-egitim-seferberliginde\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00d6zula\u015f e\u011fitim seferberli\u011finde"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u0130ETT Denetiminde yard\u0131mc\u0131 unsuru olarak toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma hizmeti veren \u00f6zel halk otob\u00fcs\u00e7\u00fcleri \u015firketlerden \u00d6zula\u015f TTK\u00d6D i\u015f birli\u011fi ile s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerine \u201ce\u011fitim ve bilgi g\u00fcncelleme ama\u00e7l\u0131 program haz\u0131rlad\u0131. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zula\u015f \u015fof\u00f6rleri i\u00e7in ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 e\u011fitim seferberli\u011fi olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fof\u00f6r e\u011fitim i\u00e7eri\u011fini T\u00fcrkiye Trafik Kazalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00d6nleme Derne\u011fi (TTK\u00d6D) haz\u0131rlad\u0131. \u0130lk e\u011fitim 20 Ocak\u2019ta \u015firket merkezinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130STANBUL<\/strong>\u2013 \u0130ETT Denetim ve y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fcnde yard\u0131mc\u0131 unsuru olarak toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma hizmeti veren \u00f6zel halk otob\u00fcs\u00e7\u00fclerinin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu \u015firketlerden \u00d6zula\u015f Toplu Ta\u015f\u0131m A.\u015e. s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerine y\u00f6nelik \u201ce\u011fitim ve bilgi g\u00fcncelleme olarak tan\u0131mlanan ve e\u011fitim seferberli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilen program \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ki ilk e\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 20 Ocak 2026 Sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 09.00\u2019da \u00d6zula\u015f merkezinde 40 ki\u015filik s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc grubuna verilecek. Bir sonraki program 27 ocakta ba\u015flayacak ve ayn\u0131 plan dahilinde t\u00fcm s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri kapsayacak. Programa kat\u0131lacaklar\u0131n \u0130ETT ve \u00d6ZULA\u015e taraf\u0131ndan bilgilendirilerek \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. \u00d6zula\u015f toplu ta\u015f\u0131m A.\u015e. Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sedat \u015eahin Gazetemize yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n da program amac\u0131n\u0131n otob\u00fcs \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi, can kayb\u0131, yaralanma say\u0131lar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda trafik ve yol g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 olarak belirlendi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. &nbsp;\u0130ETT-\u00d6ZULA\u015e-TTK\u00d6D aras\u0131nda sa\u011flanan i\u015f birli\u011fi ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek program 5 ay s\u00fcrmesi planland\u0131. Ba\u015fkan Sedat \u015eahin\u2019in a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>E\u011fitim ve ta\u015f\u0131ma g\u00fcvenli\u011fi \u00f6zde\u015ftir<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c2026 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn en temel g\u00fcndem maddesi, insan ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve bu do\u011frultuda g\u00fcvenli ula\u015f\u0131m sistemlerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilmesidir. Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma, yaln\u0131zca bir ula\u015f\u0131m faaliyeti de\u011fil; kent ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flayan, sosyal d\u00fczeni do\u011frudan etkileyen, ekonomik hayat\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lan ve kamusal sorumlulu\u011fu y\u00fcksek bir kamu hizmetidir. Bu nedenle toplu ta\u015f\u0131mada ba\u015far\u0131; sadece sefer say\u0131s\u0131, ara\u00e7 kapasitesi ya da operasyonel verimlilikle de\u011fil, insan hayat\u0131n\u0131 merkeze alan g\u00fcvenlik politikalar\u0131yla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zula\u015f olarak, toplu ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 ticari bir faaliyet alan\u0131 olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, kamu ad\u0131na y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen sorumluluk hizmeti olarak konumland\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Bu anlay\u0131\u015f, t\u00fcm kurumsal politikalar\u0131m\u0131z merkezinde \u201cinsan\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131 yerle\u015ftirmektedir. Hem hizmet alan yolcu hem de hizmeti sunan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc personel, sistemin asli unsurlar\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsan fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc merkeze almayan hi\u00e7bir ula\u015f\u0131m modelinin g\u00fcvenli, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Toplu ta\u015f\u0131mada \u201cs\u0131f\u0131r kaza\u201d hedefi, yaln\u0131zca iyi niyetli temenni de\u011fil; teknik, sistematik ve bilimsel temellere dayanan b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir y\u00f6netim modelidir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede \u00d6zula\u015f, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc personel e\u011fitimlerini yaln\u0131zca mevzuat aktar\u0131m\u0131 olarak de\u011fil, \u00e7ok boyutlu bir mesleki geli\u015fim s\u00fcreci olarak ele almaktad\u0131r. E\u011fitim programlar\u0131m\u0131zda savunmac\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f teknikleri, risk alg\u0131s\u0131 geli\u015ftirme, kaza nedenleri analizi, insan hatas\u0131 fakt\u00f6rleri, stres y\u00f6netimi, trafik psikolojisi, yolcu g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve kriz y\u00f6netimi gibi teknik ba\u015fl\u0131klar b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla i\u015flenmektedir. Uzak Do\u011fu\u2019da ise toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, disiplin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve insan odakl\u0131 hizmet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla entegre \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmekte, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc personel toplumda \u201ckamu g\u00f6revlisi olarak konumland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
