L\u00f6k, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 100 bine yak\u0131n servis arac\u0131 bulundu\u011funu belirterek, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fanan kazalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan g\u00fcvenlik d\u00fczenlemelerini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. L\u00f6k, \u201cBu kazalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan d\u00fczenlemeyle okul ta\u015f\u0131t\u0131 olacak yeni ara\u00e7larda her \u00f6\u011frenciye \u00f6zel emniyet kemeri, sens\u00f6rl\u00fc koltuk zorunlulu\u011fu, ara\u00e7larda kamera bulundurma ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kaydetme zorunlulu\u011fu gibi \u00f6zel g\u00fcvenlik donan\u0131mlar\u0131 istendi. O tarihten \u00f6nce okul ta\u015f\u0131t\u0131 olarak tescil edilmi\u015f ara\u00e7lar\u0131n da bir takvim dahilinde buna uymalar\u0131 istendi. Ancak Resmi Gazete\u2019nin 25 A\u011fustos 2018 tarihli say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan d\u00fczenlemeler, yeni ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erliyken, mevcut ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in bu konuda geri ad\u0131m at\u0131ld\u0131, 1 Ocak 2018\u2019den \u00f6nce tescillenen okul servis ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda her \u00f6\u011frenciye \u00f6zel emniyet kemeri ve sens\u00f6rl\u00fc koltuk zorunlulu\u011fu kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, ara\u00e7larda kamera bulundurma ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kaydetme zorunlulu\u011fu da iptal edildi\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DENETLEME YOK!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6k, \u201cServis ara\u00e7lar\u0131, ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde hem okul hem personel ta\u015f\u0131ma i\u015flerinde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu durum, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler \u00fczerinde ciddi zaman bask\u0131s\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu. L\u00f6k, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerdeki yorgunlu\u011fun kazalar\u0131n temel nedenlerinden biri oldu\u011funu belirtti. Ayr\u0131ca, kent i\u00e7i servis ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda takograf zorunlulu\u011funun olmamas\u0131 nedeniyle s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin h\u0131z ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin denetlenemedi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken L\u00f6k, fabrika \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 100 km\/h\u2019a ayarl\u0131 h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131rlay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n iptal edilmesinin ve bu durumun ara\u00e7 muayenesinde \u2018hafif kusur\u2019 olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesinin tehlikeyi art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na vurgu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6k, bu d\u00fczenlemelerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fini tehlikeye att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cG\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemlerinden geri ad\u0131m at\u0131lmas\u0131 kabul edilemez. Her y\u0131l kazalar\u0131n bilan\u00e7osu a\u011f\u0131rla\u015f\u0131yor ve bu \u015fartlar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 kazalar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi yerine riskleri art\u0131r\u0131yor\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<br \/>\n\u201c\u00d6zel g\u00fcvenlik donan\u0131mlar\u0131yla \u00fcretilen okul servislerinin bu donan\u0131mlar\u0131 ara\u00e7 muayenesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda detayl\u0131 incelenmiyor, var veya yok diye bak\u0131l\u0131yor, i\u015flevsel bir denetim yok\u201d diyen L\u00f6k, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan ve 2007 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren devreye al\u0131nan ara\u00e7 muayene mevzuat\u0131n\u0131n, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin 1996 y\u0131l\u0131 birinci seviyesinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.
